The Health, Education and Social Services Committee considered CS              
FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 346(HES) An Act requiring the                               
Department of Health and Social Services to establish a waiting list           
for state-funded services for persons with developmental disabilities          
and requiring the department to submit an annual report concerning             
the waiting list and persons with developmental disabilities. Signing
